Payment Plans
Midwifery Education Payment Program
For those who are unable to pay in full, we offer 4 interest free payment options for enrollment in Advanced Midwifery Studies. We do not check credit but we do need written, and in some cases verbal, confirmation that applicant intends to honor financial commitment in full and that all payments will be made and all checks will be honored.
There is a $50 charge for any returned check or declined PayPal or credit card payment. The Payment Plan Application Fee is forfeited if any check fails to clear or if any check cannot automatically be deposited on the first of the month (for example, if checks need to be replaced or we are asked to hold a check for a few days for any reason).
AAMI does not refund tuition for any reason and we expect all payments to be made as agreed. Do not enroll if you do not fully intend to honor the payment agreement and honor all checks. We will pursue all legal avenues of recovery for returned checks and failure to honor the payment agreement in full.
Please note that the Payment Plan Application Fees and potential rebates vary for each option. Choose carefully.

Plan A is our favorite so we
give you a $100 Graduation Rebate if you choose this one!
Payment Plan A: Initial Payment of $650/ 33 payments of
$100.
The Payment Plan Application Fee is $25. Triple amount rebated
as AAMI credit
when all payments have been made with no bounces or lapses.
Total initial fee is $675 plus $125 Processing Fee=$800.
Potential rebate: $75 AAMI Store Credit PLUS $100 Graduation
Rebate
$250 Curriculum Return Deposit due no later than 90 days after
enrollment.

Payment Plan B: Initial Payment of $398/ 32 payments
of $111.
The Payment Plan Application Fee is $50. Double amount rebated
as AAMI credit
when all payments have been made with no bounces or lapses.
Total initial fee is $448 plus $125 Processing Fee = $573
Potential rebate: $100 AAMI Store Credit.
$250 Curriculum Return Deposit due no later than 90 days after
enrollment.

Payment Plan C: Initial Payment of $200/ 25 payments
of $150.
The Payment Plan Application Fee is $75. Equal amount rebated
as AAMI credit
when all payments have been made with no bounces or lapses.
Total initial fee is $275 plus $125 Processing Fee =$400
Potential rebate: $75 AAMI Store Credit.
$250 Curriculum Return Deposit due no later than 90 days after
enrollment.

EASY START/Extended Pay
Payment Plan D: Initial
Payment of $112/ 38 payments of $101.
The Payment Plan Application Fee is $100.
Note that only 50% amount rebated as AAMI Store Credit
when all payments have been made with no bounces or lapses.
Total initial fee is $212 plus $125 Processing Fee=$337
Potential rebate: $50 AAMI Store Credit.
$250 Curriculum Return Deposit due no later than 90 days after
enrollment.
Note: Easy Start/Extended Pay option is approved only
for those
who we feel are extremely dedicated to the pursuit of academic
excellence
and have chosen this course for that reason.
We will not approve anyone for this option if we have any
reservations about her intention to meet all financial obligations
as agreed.

Make checks payable to Ancient Art Midwifery Institute and mail with this agreement, enrollment form and all post-dated payment checks dated for the first of each month.
We offer payment plans because
we want EVERYONE to have the opportunity to enroll!
However, that means that we have to be very clear about the stipulations
of the payment plan.
*Payments must be in the form of postdated checks dated
for the first of each month until paid in full.
*All payment checks must accompany deposit and enrollment form.
*Deposits may be paid by PayPal but monthly payments must be
checks.
*If you need to replace checks because you change banks or your
name changes, there is a $30 fee.
*Old checks will be returned if you provide a self addressed
stamped envelope and pre-approval is required.
*Each returned check for insufficient funds incurs a fee of $50
and after the third bounced check the entire amount balance becomes
due.
*We do not give refunds – EVER – and we expect you
to fulfill your financial obligation to us regardless of future
circumstances. All checks will be deposited. Initial here_____
Do not sign this agreement if you do not understand that ALL
checks will be deposited per our no refund policy. We extend
credit to applicants who agree to these stipulations... ONLY.
No exceptions.
Our interest free payment plan
is available to applicants who are approved by Director and who
sign this agreement acknowledging responsibility for all payments
regardless of future circumstances.

DO NOT ENROLL IN AAMI IF YOU CAN NEITHER AFFORD THE PAYMENTS NOR AFFORD TO PURCHASE BOOKS. WE DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO HOLD COSTS DOWN TO A MINIMUM BUT APPLICANTS MUST ACKNOWLEDGE THAT BOOKS ARE AN ADDITIONAL EXPENSE.
