Curriculum Return Deposit $250
A Curriculum Return Deposit of $250 is required of all students and is due within 90 days (the normal process of initial assignments, before full curriculum is shipped, is 30-90 days). No Curriculum will leave our office until the $250 Deposit had been received. Rebated in full if curriculum returned at end of enrollment with affidavit stating that no part has been copied or shared. All financial obligations to AAMI must have been honored in order to be eligible for CRD rebate.
Quarterly Submission Fee $5
There is a submission fee of $5 in any quarter. Out of US enrollees contact director about exemption if unable to obtain US currency. The submission fee is only required in quarters when submissions are made.
AEU Fees
AEU’s are granted for a fee of $5 per requested AEU. Out of US students may pay fees using paypal or make other arrangements. AEU’s are optional.
Section 5 Audit Fee $100
There is a $100 fee for the telephone audit required for completion of Section 5. Form included.
Annual Reports $25/each
$25 Annual Report fee required with each Annual Report. $75 rebated upon graduation if enrollee has never been late with Annual Report/Annual Report Fee or monthly payments. Returned checks void rebate; annual fee still required. Failure to submit Annual Report and Fee by the deadline (ARD) places enrollee on probation and seriously compromises enrollment status. Annual Reports are due the same day each year, which is the anniversary date of curriculum mailing. ARD is provided to each student with curriculum. There is a $10 per month (or part of any month) late fee assessed for Annual Reports not received on or before due date. Annual Reports may now be filed online and paid using PayPal.
Extensions $30
Every AMS enrollee starts out with a minimum of 39 months until her Projected Completion Date. However, extensions are easily earned. Extensions are included in some of our options packages. The regular price to purchase extensions is $30 per month or $300 per year. Online Study Group members often receive discounted extension offers.
Final Exams $250
Testing fee of $250 required to cover costs of two final exams. Students who can document at least one quarter’s submission within the first year of enrollment are not required to pay the testing fee.
NOTE:
Textbooks are not included in tuition. Every effort is made to hold book costs as low as possible. Budget at least $200 for books to start with and at least another $500 for books and related expenses over the course of enrollment. Some books are available through local libraries and inter-library loans. Check used book stores and online sources.
