Does it really take three years to finish the course?
Most of our graduates have taken more than three years to complete the course, although a few have finished in under two years. We have some students who have been working for the course for many years! There are so many variables that will affect your completion speed: how efficiently you study, your current level of knowledge of birth and related topics, how much time you can devote to the course each week, how organized you are, how many distractions you have, how easily you get side-tracked, and how motivated you are. The keys to finishing are: start as soon as you receive your acceptance emails! Set goals, design your time frame, and work consistently on the course each week. Extensions are very affordable and some courtesy extensions are granted for such events as the birth of a baby, a long distance move, or serious illness in the family. I would rather that it take you several years to finish than for you to give up!
Here I have to give a plug for our incredible Time Tracking system. It costs as little as $7 to get started and could mean the difference in finishing or not! Order as soon as you are enrolled. Not available to non-enrollees.
