Why is this course so difficult?
I'm proud that the degree of difficulty continues to set this course apart from all others. If the course was easy, the benefits would be few, so why bother? The course is difficult by design based on my core belief that the benefits are commensurate to the effort. As a result of the discipline required to complete this course, you will not only learn an enormous quantity of information relating to midwifery, but you will also learn a great deal about yourself and your potential for growth. You will be more competent, more qualified to make judgments and advise parents, and to deviate from standard protocol to create your own. You will be a more effective communicator, a more informed educator, and a more organized manager! You will be more confident as a midwife and as an individual. Enrollees have consistently expressed appreciation for many benefits I never envisioned. It is encouraging to me that the course has been of such great value to so many people in such a variety of ways.

There are easier, shorter courses available now. If short and easy is what you are looking for, this course will overwhelm you! If you are interested in learning all you can, this course will not disappoint you! I realize that this course demands an investment of time, hard work and perseverance that only a few will ever be willing to make, but the benefits of that kind of dedication to study far outweigh the costs in time, money, or effort!
